PHILADELPHIA– The Philadelphia Eagles 3-game losing streak from Week 10 – 12 had fans ready to ship Head Coach Chip Kelly back to the college ranks.
However, there may have been some good to come out of the losses for the team where most skilled-positions have not played together for an entire season.
“I think we got better,” Linebacker Mychal Kendricks said. “Even though we got our butt whopped in those games, I feel like there was much to learn.”
Kendricks said fixing miscues during a game isn’t as easy as it looks. With film study and corrections, the birds were able to upset the New England Patriots and come out on top over the Buffalo Bills in the past two weeks.
“You learn more in a loss anyway than you do in a win,” Kendrick said. “Maybe that was the key factor in which will lead us to a successful season.”
Now the Eagles are trying to extend their two-gaming winning streak to three in Week 15 against the 11-2 Arizona Cardinals.
